Please ensure your carpets are cleared as much as possible and any breakables removed.
Don’t worry as part of our standard service we will move chairs, sofas and tables around to clean where they have been situated, and will replace them afterwards. However we do ask that any heavier items of furniture be moved by yourself prior to our arrival or we can clean around them.

Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy

Our standard cleaning solutions have soil retardant & anti-soiling properties included. The anti-stain protection is purely an optional extra useful for added protection and piece of mind ideal for pet owners, high traffic areas and rental properties.

How long will it take to dry?
We do our utmost to remove all stains, however we cannot guarantee complete stain removal as some stains can be permanent colour changes to the carpet fibres eg bleach. Some stubborn stains can be removed after repeated treatment.

Most carpets will be touch dry within a hour. It is better to leave to dry thoroughly before walking on them, but if you need to we can provide overshoes.

You can pay by cash or card on the day, we have a mobile terminal. We also offer remote payment if you cannot be present on the day we clean your carpets.

No we can clean your carpets whilst you are at work or on holiday. We can arrange key collection or a key can be left with a friend or neighbour.
