Every carpet is assessed for fibre type, any existing damage, wear and tear, heavy soiling areas and stains. These assessments help us to determine the best method for your carpet cleaning. We are always honest on any cleaning limitations if any.
We vacuum thoroughly to remove as much dry dirt as possible before we wet the carpet. We use high standard heavy duty commercial vacuum cleaners.
Extra attention is given to stains before pre-spraying,with our extensive knowledge, we know what treatment is required to help remove specific stains.
We use various pre-spray formulas depending on the carpet type and degree of staining and soiling.
Drying time is normally around 2-3 hours, but this can be affected by humidity, temperature and airflow to the carpets.
Stain removal
We can get rid of most stains, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to remove all carpet spots and stains. Some stains can permanently discolour the carpet fibres, causing irreversible damage. Also the age of the carpet and type of carpet plays a big factor in the likelihood of full stain removal.

Top Tip to help maintain your carpets
Vacuum your carpets regularly and do so in north to south direction, the east to west direction. This will help prolong the life of your carpet. This method will ensure you remove as much of the dry dirt as possible and help lift the carpet fibres up.
